Shipping goods from China to Russia is not simply a matter of loading and dispatching them. Every shipment follows a clearly structured series of stages, from purchasing to customs clearance.
We arrange payment to the supplier in China and prepare the required documents: the commercial invoice and packing list.
The goods arrive at our warehouse for processing. We weigh and measure every package and document the condition of the goods with photographs.
We combine shipments from different clients into a single transport unit. This reduces delivery costs by using consolidated freight.
We arrange regular departures every 7–10 days. We use direct routes without unnecessary transshipments, reducing the risk of damage and delays.
We handle the entire customs clearance process: filing the goods declaration, preparing and checking the full set of documents, and ensuring legally compliant customs control.
We hand over the cargo with a complete set of documents. If required, we apply product labels and register the goods in the Chestny ZNAK track-and-trace system.

Customs clearance is one of the key and higher-risk stages of import logistics. Errors in the EAEU Commodity Nomenclature code, duty rates, or documents lead to delays and additional cargo storage costs.
