Policy regarding the processing of personal data

This personal data processing policy is drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law of 27.07.2006. N152-FZ On personal data and determines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data taken by BoxCargo LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).

The operator sets as its most important goal the observance of the rights and freedoms of man and citizen when processing his personal data, including the protection of the rights to privacy, personal and family secrets.

Processing of personal data is carried out using automation tools and without the use of them. Personal information is stored on the territory of the Russian Federation.

Shelf life:

• Consent to PD processing – no more than 3 years from the date of the last request; after withdrawal of consent, the record is retained for at least 3 years in order to prove the fact of obtaining consent
• Applications to CRM (Bitrix24) – no more than 3 years from the date of last interaction
• Analytics data (Yandex.Metrica) – up to 12 months
• Consents to PD processing recorded in the consents database – indefinite until revocation, then for at least 3 years

7. Rights of the Personal Data Subject

The PD subject has the right:

• Receive information on the processing of your personal data (Article 14 152-FZ)
• Request clarification (correction) your personal data if it is incomplete, out of date or inaccurate
• Require blocking your personal data for the period of verification
• Demand destruction your personal data if it is processed illegally or exceeds the stated purposes
• Withdraw consent to process personal data at any time by sending a corresponding request by email: info@boxcargo.ru

• Appeal actions or inactions The operator to the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects (Roskomnadzor)

The response to the appeal is sent no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the appeal.

9. Cross-border Transfer

The operator does not carry out cross-border transfer of personal data to the territory of foreign countries. All servers processing personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation are located on the territory of the Russian Federation, which meets the requirements of Part 5 of Art. 18 152-FZ (database localization).
