- The product is not intended for personal use (for example, a cash register or medical furniture)
- The quantity of a single product name, color, or size exceeds 3 units (excluding consumables)
- Identical goods are ordered more frequently than permitted
If you buy goods from different categories in the same month, there should be no questions. However, ordering large quantities of the same product is risky.
What to Do If an Order Is Classified as a Commercial Consignment
- Prove that the goods are for personal use. You must provide the Federal Customs Service with all required documents, including a written explanation and proof that the goods are intended for personal use.
- Refuse delivery. Try to obtain a refund from the seller through the re-export procedure. This is difficult and not always possible.
