Why You Need a 1688 Buyer

1688 is not an international marketplace. Suppliers do not work with foreign buyers, communication is only in Chinese, and many products cannot be shipped abroad. A buyer helps overcome these barriers. We:

• source the products you need;
• contact the supplier;
• purchase the goods and have them sent to our warehouse in China;
• inspect and pack them;
• hand the goods over to our logistics team for delivery to Russia.

Search and basket

You send links or descriptions, we select suppliers, build a basket, refine the final cost and timing.

Chat and Approval

We create a dedicated group chat. You receive a quote, a screenshot of the cart, and details for each item.

Payment and purchase

You pay for the order in rubles, we buy goods through Chinese payment systems.

Warehouse Receiving

The goods arrive at our warehouse in Guangzhou. Our team verifies quantities, checks the packaging and product conformity, and records photos and videos.

Preparation for dispatch

Everything is packed, consolidated and transmitted to delivery; various routes are available: through Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, directly into Russia.

Reports and tracking

You receive reports at every stage. If any items are defective, we secure compensation or replacement.

How much is it?

The buyer’s commission ranges from 3% to 8%. It includes:

• Order management;
• Working with the supplier;
• Inspection of goods;
• Packaging and logistics transfer.

If you purchased the goods yourself and simply send them to our warehouse, the commission is 0%; you pay only for warehousing and logistics. Sourcing the first three products is free. Additional searches cost from RUB 2,000 per item, and this fee is credited toward the service cost when you place an order.
