User Agreement

1. General Provisions

1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) defines the terms of use of the BOX CARGO website (hereinafter referred to as the Site) and governs the relationship between the Site Administration and the User.

1.3. By using the Site, the User confirms that he has read this Agreement and accepts its terms without restrictions.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Administration provides the User with access to information about delivery services and customs clearance of goods from China.

2.2. The Site allows the User:

• Receive information about services and tariffs
• Calculate shipping costs using a calculator
• Submit requests for calculation and consultation
• Track cargo status (if access is available)

3. Responsibilities of the Parties

3.1. The administration undertakes:

• Provide up-to-date information about services
• Ensure the functionality of the Site
• Protect personal data of Users
• Respond to requests during business hours (Mon-Fri 09:00-19:00)

3.2. The user undertakes:

• Provide accurate information on application forms
• Do not disrupt the functionality of the Site
• Do not use the Site for illegal purposes
• Comply with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation

4. Processing of Personal Data

4.1. By leaving applications on the Site, the User consents to the processing of personal data in accordance with Personal data processing policy.

4.2. Personal data is used for:

• Processing applications and orders
• Communication with customers regarding delivery issues
• Information about services and promotions

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. All materials on the Site (texts, images, logos, design) are objects of intellectual property of BOX CARGO LLC.

5.2. Use of Site materials without written permission is prohibited.

6. Responsibility of the Parties

6.1. The administration is not responsible for:

• Temporary interruptions in the operation of the Site
• Losses arising from the use of the Site
• Actions of third parties regarding personal data

6.2. The user is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

7. Change of Terms

7.1. The Administration has the right to change the terms of the Agreement unilaterally.

7.2. Changes come into force from the moment of publication on the Site.

7.3. Continued use of the Site means acceptance of the changes.
